Senior Pastor
Dr. Todd Foster was called to pastor Oak Hill Cathedral of Glory in December of 2008. Prior to this calling, he served God faithfully in various capacities in the local church — beginning in Sunday School and youth ministry, and being used by God outside the church to minister and encourage others.
He attained an undergraduate degree from James Madison University, a Master's Degree in Counseling from Virginia State University, and a doctorate from Jacksonville Theological Seminary.
Dr. Foster is passionate about God's Word, and his heart is that every believer experiences victory in every area of life through faith in God's Word and continual fellowship with God. He has been married to Patricia Strong Foster for 27 years, and together they have three daughters: Candace, Lauren, and Jordan.

What We Believe
We believe in one God — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, Creator of all things.
We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ was conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, crucified, resurrected, and ascended into Heaven to be seated at the right hand of God the Father, and is true God and true man.
We believe the Bible in its entirety to be the inspired Word of God and the infallible rule of faith and conduct.
We believe in personal salvation of believers through the shed blood of Jesus Christ and the eternal happiness of the saved.
We believe in divine healing through faith in the name of Jesus Christ, and that healing is included in the redemption.
We believe in water baptism; baptism in the Holy Spirit as distinct from the new birth; in speaking in tongues as the Spirit of God gives utterance (Acts 2:4); in the gifts of the Spirit and the evidence of the fruit of the Spirit.
We believe in evangelism and missionary work in accordance with the Christian commission (Matthew 28:19).
We believe in the Christian's hope — the soon coming, personal return of the Lord Jesus Christ.
